Why Bins
Skip the Cardboard.
Cardboard boxes work, but they come with a job of their own: buying them, putting them together, hunting down tape, worrying about crushed boxes, and then figuring out what to do with all of it after the move.
Reusable bins give you another option. Gateway delivers them. You pack and move on your schedule. Gateway comes back and retrieves them when you’re done.
No boxes to build. No cardboard to break down. No bins to store when the move is over.

Delivery & Pickup
Free Delivery & Pickup Within 30 Miles.
Gateway brings the bins to you and retrieves them when you’re done. You never transport them yourself. Delivery and pickup are each included within 30 miles — beyond that, each trip is $1 per additional mile after the first 30.

Gateway reviews your location before the rental so you’ll know up front whether any additional mileage applies — no surprises.
More Than 14 Days?
Keep Them As Long As You Need.
Your initial rental includes 14 days. If you need the bins longer, the rental continues in additional 14-day periods at the same package rate. There are no daily late fees — another 14-day rental payment simply becomes due when the next rental period begins.
For example: if you rent 20 bins for $120, each additional 14-day period is another $120.
Your Deposit
How Your Deposit Works.
Your refundable security deposit — equal to one 14-day rental period — is collected with your initial rental. It’s refunded after Gateway retrieves and checks in all of your bins, provided they’re all accounted for and returned in acceptable condition.
Normal wear and tear is expected and won’t cost you anything. Missing bins or damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the deposit. If replacement costs exceed the deposit, you remain responsible for the remaining balance.
The deposit protects the equipment. It isn’t an additional rental fee.

Choose Your Bins
Pick a package of 10, 20, 40, or 60 bins. Not sure which fits? Tell us about your move and we’ll help you choose.

We Deliver Them
Gateway delivers the bins to you. Your 14-day rental begins on the day we deliver.

Pack & Move
Pack and manage your move on your schedule. If you need more time, the rental simply continues into another 14-day period.

Tell Us When You’re Finished
Once all of your bins are empty, reasonably clean, and ready for pickup, contact us. Your rental ends on the date you let us know they’re ready — provided they actually are. If we can’t pick up until later because of our schedule, you’re not charged another period because of our delay.

We Pick Them Up
Gateway schedules pickup and retrieves the bins. You never have to transport them back to us.
Pickup Expectations
Have All Your Bins Ready.
Rentals are managed as a package. If you rent 40 bins, all 40 need to be empty, reasonably clean, and available at the scheduled pickup. Partial returns don’t close or reduce the rental.
If some bins are still packed, missing, or unavailable when we arrive, the rental remains open. If that carries into another 14-day period, another rental payment may become due.
