Traditional junk removal often includes sending a crew into the home to gather, carry, load, and haul everything away. That's useful when someone needs that level of service. But if the customer can get the items together themselves, Gateway fills the gap. With Gateway, the customer stages approved items in an agreed accessible location—such as a garage, driveway, or curb—and Gateway takes it from there.

Tell us what needs removed and send clear photos of the items and where they're located. Gateway uses photos to understand the items, approximate volume, accessibility, disposal requirements, and whether the job fits the Gateway model.
Get Your Price
Gateway reviews the job and determines the appropriate pricing level. You know the agreed price and any identified special disposal costs before the job is scheduled.
Stage It
Get the approved items together in the accessible location agreed upon during review. Staging helps keep the service straightforward and economical.
We Clear It
Gateway arrives, confirms the staged items reasonably match what was reviewed, loads them, and gets them gone.

You don't need to estimate cubic yards.
Customers do not need to estimate cubic yards or fractions of a truck. Send us photos; Gateway assesses the job and identifies the appropriate Clear tier.
Small Clear
$125
For a straightforward staged pickup involving a relatively small collection of ordinary household items that fits comfortably within Gateway's normal hauling setup.
Medium Clear
$225
For a more substantial collection of staged household items that still fits within Gateway's normal hauling setup.
Large Clear
$350
For a significant staged load that uses much of Gateway's normal available hauling capacity without requiring additional hauling equipment.
Custom Clear
Custom Quote
Some jobs still fit the Gateway model but require something beyond the normal hauling setup. If additional capacity or logistics are required, Gateway reviews the job and provides a custom price before scheduling.

What Can Gateway Clear?
Ordinary residential household items.
Gateway focuses on ordinary residential household items that can be staged in an agreed accessible location. Examples can include furniture, mattresses, household clutter, bagged items, boxes, small appliances, move-out leftovers, and similar residential items.

Some Items May Have Additional Disposal Costs
Special handling or disposal fees.
Certain items may require special handling or carry additional disposal or recycling costs. Examples include mattresses and box springs, televisions and monitors, tires, and some appliances.
These are examples and are not a complete list. If an item requires an additional disposal cost, Gateway identifies it during review and includes or discloses that cost before you agree to the job.
Hazardous, regulated, construction-related, or other specialized materials may not be accepted. If unsure, send a photo and Gateway will confirm.
What If There Is More Than We Expected?
Clear expectations. Reasonable flexibility. No surprise charges.
Price is based on the items and information supplied during review. If Gateway arrives and there is materially more to remove than originally reviewed, Gateway discusses the additional items and any price change BEFORE loading them. We do not load first and surprise you with a larger bill.
Is Gateway Junk Removal Right for Your Job?
Not every junk removal job should be a Gateway job.
The model works best when you can get items together in an agreed accessible location and need Gateway to take it from there. If the job requires extensive in-home removal, specialized handling, or a traditional junk-removal crew, Gateway will tell you.
The goal isn't to sell more service than you need. It's to help you find the right way to get the job done.
